In compliance with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, Moji Wholesale ships exclusively to licensed businesses at verified commercial addresses. Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery. Any issues, including missing or damaged items, must be reported within 24 hours. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
